With a robust background spanning 16 years in residential and commercial construction, Aaron brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and technical knowledge to every inspection. Having grown up in the construction world, Aaron’s journey in the industry began early on, cultivating a deep understanding of all home systems. This solid foundation has equipped him with a keen eye for detail. Aaron proudly served in the Air Force and currently continues his service in the Air National Guard, accumulating a combined 13 years of military expertise. His dedication to duty, precision, and integrity shines through in his approach to home inspections, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy with every assessment.
Stephen Fox

USAF Veteran, Stephen Fox joins AQI with 25 years of experience as a Civilian Firefighter at Fort Bragg, where he served his last 10 years as a Battalion Chief. Stephen is also a Certified Fire Inspector since 2003, having inspected numerous buildings at Fort Bragg. With a passion for construction, Stephen has built his own home and many other structures, gaining hands-on expertise. He brings this same dedication and attention to detail to his role as a home inspector. Stephen is committed to ensuring our clients’ homes are safe, sound, and ready to live in. Ansel Saunders brings over two decades of expertise in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality assurance. With a strong background in fiber and wire technology, he excels in diagnosing complex systems, implementing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ansel’s career includes roles at AT&T, MasTec, and Dish Network, where he honed his skills in system repair, data analysis, and team leadership. A U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of Forsyth Technical Community College, Ansel combines technical expertise with a passion for empowering teams and delivering excellence. Outside of work, he remains committed to continuous learning and innovative problem-solving.
